Our Approach

Our approach blends evidence-based therapies — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, somatic techniques, and mindfulness — to tailor counselling to your unique needs. EMDR-trained support is also available to aid trauma recovery and enhance resilience.

ADHD Therapy Alberta

Flexible & Accessible Therapy Options:

  • In-person counselling in Calgary — meet with a registered provisional psychologist in a private environment.

  • Secure virtual counselling across Alberta — ideal if you live outside Calgary, have a busy schedule, or prefer the comfort of home. We serve clients in Calgary and throughout Alberta.

Both in-person and online sessions are 50 minutes long and are $240. Many insurance providers cover the cost - check with your provider for details.
