Wherever you are in this, you don't have to figure it out alone

Are you questioning your gender identity and not sure who it's safe to talk to about it?

Have you already come out, but you're navigating family reactions, dysphoria, or how to move through the world differently now?

Are you a teen who needs a space separate from parents and school to think out loud?

Have you been carrying anxiety, low mood, or exhaustion that seems tied to hiding or explaining who you are?

How therapy can help

Support for wherever you are in the process

Exploring and questioning

A space to think through your identity without pressure to land on an answer or a label before you're ready.

Coming out and disclosure

Support preparing for conversations with family, friends, or coworkers, at whatever pace feels right to you.

Navigating transition

Emotional support through social or medical transition.

Family and relationship dynamics

Working through strained or shifting relationships with parents, partners, or friends as your identity becomes clearer to the people around you.

School, work, and community

Practical conversations about navigating identity at school or work, and finding community and confidence outside the therapy room.

Our Approach

Warm, collaborative, and never one-size-fits-all

Mohamed Osman-Abdallah

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Mohamed believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without having to perform, have the right words, or already know what needs to change. He balances compassion and curiosity with honest conversation and practical strategies for moving forward.

His work is culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming, with close attention to how culture, identity, relationships, and lived experience shape mental health, alongside gender.

Mohamed works with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions, including gender identity. His approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, giving you space to show up as you are without needing the right words or a plan already in place.

Drawing from ACT, CBT, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches, his work is culturally responsive, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, and he provides therapy in both English and Arabic. Mohamed holds an MSc in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary and offers sessions in person at our Calgary SW office and virtually across Alberta.
